Your rental includes one hour before and after the scheduled time for setup and teardown. You’ll also have access to an ice machine, refrigerator, multiple large TVs with HDMI, a Sonos sound system, and WiFi. Off-street parking is available and a venue manager will be on-site during your meeting.
The Manheim maintains a list of preferred caterers and vendors to help make planning easy, but we also offer a flexible vendor policy for catering, décor, and other services. Vendors hired by the client must be approved by The Manheim, and all caterers and service providers must be properly licensed and insured to operate in Kansas City, Missouri.
Table service items, glassware, linens and décor items are available for rent through The Manheim for an additional fee. Please ask for additional information.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled meeting are non-refundable. All deposits and fees paid to The Manheim will be retained.
